This volume is the Hors-série No.26 special issue published by the French pastry magazine FOU DE Patisserie, bringing together the Trophées Fou de Patisserie 2025 and the Guide Fou de Patisserie 2026 in a single book.
It offers an overview of the year’s pastry landscape from both creative and guide-oriented perspectives.
The first half focuses on the Trophées Fou de Patisserie, highlighting creations that drew particular attention in 2025.
