ルセットを構想したのは、アルザスを代表するパティシエールでありコンフィチュールの名手として知られるChristine Ferber クリスティーヌ・フェルベール。日常的な素材を用いながらも、遊び心と繊細さを兼ね備えた料理が並び、子どものための料理書という枠に収まらない完成度を備えている。
