レモンの銘産地としても知られ、イタリアとの国境とも近く美しい風景が続く。
この地に2006年にオープンしたレストラン、MIRAZUR ミラズールは香り豊かなハーブや柑橘類でいっぱいの果樹園に囲まれている。
シェフであるMauro Colagreco マウロ・コラグレコはBernard Loiseau ベルナール・ロワゾー、 Alain Passard アラン・パッサール、Alain Ducasse アラン・デュカス、Guy Martin ギイ・マルタンなど偉大な料理人に師事した人物だ。

Opened in 2006, the restaurant MIRAZUR is surrounded by orchards filled with fragrant herbs and citrus trees. Its chef, Mauro Colagreco, trained under some of the greatest figures in gastronomy, including Bernard Loiseau, Alain Passard, Alain Ducasse, and Guy Martin.
Since 2018, MIRAZUR has held three Michelin stars, and in 2019 it was named the World’s Best Restaurant in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. The restaurant has also been awarded the Michelin Green Star, reflecting its deep commitment to working in harmony with nature.
This book is connected to a new agricultural project developed by Mauro Colagreco and Mirazur through five kitchen gardens, expressing a gastronomic experience centered on nature and the cosmos through concepts such as permaculture and biodynamics.
Organized into four chapters—roots, leaves, flowers, and fruits—the book presents seasonal recipes for each category. The “menu lunaire,” inspired by garden work based on the lunar calendar and the influence of the stars on living organisms, is both visually striking and deeply poetic.
