Christophe Felder began his pastry career at the age of 15. After training at Fauchon and Guy Savoy, he became head pastry chef of the Hôtel de Crillon at just 23 years old, making him the youngest pastry chef ever appointed to such a position in a Parisian palace hotel.
This book is part of the MENU MENU series, a collection of small-format books that explore the thoughts and philosophies of leading culinary professionals through interviews. This volume is devoted to an in-depth conversation with Christophe Felder.
