世界で最も注目されているパティシエの一人であるCédric Grolet セドリック・グロレ。
パリ最古のホテルと言われるMeurice ムーリスでAlain Ducasse アラン・デュカスの元、自由でクリエイティブなクリエーションを作り続けている。

Cédric Grolet is one of the most closely watched pastry chefs in the world today.
At Le Meurice, often described as the oldest hotel in Paris, he continues to create free and highly creative pastries under the direction of Alain Ducasse.

In addition to his role at the hotel, he also serves as the chef for the boutiques next to Le Meurice and on Rue de l’Opéra. As of November 2021, his Instagram following had already surpassed 2.1 million, reflecting the global reach of his work.

His first book, Fruits, focuses on fruit-based creations, led by the iconic citron that has become emblematic of his style. His second book, Opéra, presents creations including viennoiseries sold at the Opéra boutique. This third book takes flowers as its central theme.
