A la table de Mimine : Francoise Pialoux

Françoise Pialoux has long run Les Terrasses, a hotel and restaurant on the Spanish island of Ibiza in the Mediterranean.

Originally from France, she discovered Ibiza in the 1970s and, captivated by the island's natural beauty and way of life, eventually made it her home.

After restoring an old finca, or traditional farmhouse, she began running Les Terrasses in the 1980s, developing a style of cooking shaped by the island's ingredients and Mediterranean food culture.

This book is dedicated to the table of Françoise Pialoux, affectionately known as "Mimine," presenting 75 recipes accompanied by the stories and memories behind them.
