This book is a collection of baked confectionery recipes by Lee Ji-hye, who is widely known in Korea for sharing home baking techniques and recipes.

After completing the pastry diploma program at Le Cordon Bleu, she established her own baked goods shop and baking classes in Suwon, South Korea, where she continues to teach and develop recipes.

The book is organized into eight chapters—cookies, financiers, madeleines, scones, muffins, brownies, pound cakes, and dacquoises—and contains a total of 64 recipes.

Featured recipes include almond brown sugar cookies, caramel hazelnut financiers, lemon madeleines, scones, Oreo matcha brownies, raspberry crumble pound cake, and dacquoises inspired by injeolmi, the traditional Korean rice cake coated with soybean flour.
