The author of this book, Jean-François Feuillette, gained valuable experience at prestigious houses such as Pierre Hermé and the Hotel George V in Paris. In 2005, he and his wife opened their first bakery in Blois, in the Loire Valley, and in 2009 he established his own brand “Maison Feuillette.” Today, the group operates more than 70 locations across France and continues its rapid expansion through franchising.

This book presents pastries and treats in the spirit of his new concept, Café Feuillette, where customers can enjoy both classic and contemporary creations.
