フランスの人気製菓雑誌、FOU DE Patisserie フー・ド・パティスリー。
2013年に創刊され、毎回フランスを代表する人気パティシエが登場する雑誌だ。

今号は50 BONNES RAISONS D’ÊTRE GOURMAND EN 2026、(2026年、甘いものを楽しむ50の理由)をテーマに、新年を迎える時期ならではの菓子と製菓シーンの現在地を切り取っている。

FOU DE Pâtisserie is a leading French pastry magazine.
Founded in 2013, it features some of France’s most influential pastry chefs in every issue.

This issue is built around the theme “50 BONNES RAISONS D’ÊTRE GOURMAND EN 2026” (“50 Reasons to Indulge in 2026”), capturing the state of contemporary pastry as the new year begins. It reflects on seasonal sweets and the evolving pastry scene through the lens of winter celebrations.
