The author of LE CHEESE BOOK LE CHEESE GEEK, Fabrice Gepner, took an unconventional path into the world of cheese after studying business, later training under Meilleur Ouvrier de France Laurent Dubois. Drawing on both hands-on experience and educational activities such as workshops and events, he now dedicates himself to sharing knowledge and passion for cheese.
