雑誌と表現したが、縦 30cm×横 23cm×幅 2cmと大判の雑誌であり写真に迫力がある。
年間2冊刊行され、言語は英語となっている。

表紙のケーキは23歳という若さでカカオバリーの担当シェフとなり、スペインのチョコレート・アカデミーで教授として働くMiquel Guarro ミケル・グアロのもの。 ヨーグルト、ピスタチオ、フランボワーズ、ホワイトチョコレート、ジャンドゥージャなどが入ったケーキとなっている。
