雑誌と表現したが、縦 30cm×横 23cm×幅 2cmと大判の雑誌であり写真に迫力がある。
年間2冊刊行され、言語は英語となっている。

今号の表紙を飾っているのはイスラエルでDANONという料理学校で講師を務めるLior Shtaygman リオール・シュタイグマンのもの。
イスラエルらしい、パート・フィロやピスタチオ、バラ、アーモンドなどを巧みに用いたケーキが公開されている。

また、今号もHôtel Le Meurice ムーリスのシェフ・パティシエであるCedric Grolet セドリック・グロレのケーキが載っており、スペシャリテの一つであるCitoronが掲載されている。
