現在注目されているパティスリーの一つでミラノ出身のGabriele Riva ガブリエレ・リヴァと日本人パティシエールの坂倉加奈子の二人がタッグを組んでいる。

その他にもアメリカの有名シェフThomas Keller トーマス・ケラーの右腕としてシェフ・パティシエを務めていたFrancisco Migoya フランシスコ・ミゴヤによる独創的な作品など見どころ満載。
