雑誌と表現したが、縦 30cm×横 23cm×幅 2cmと大判の雑誌であり写真に迫力がある。
年間2冊刊行され、言語は英語となっている。

今号の表紙を飾っているのはデンマーク出身の料理人、Ronny Emborg ロニー・エンブルグ。
El Bulli エル・ブジ、Mugaritz ムガリッツ、Prémisse プレミスといった名店で腕を磨き、2007年の Chef of the Yearにも選ばれたロニー・エンブルグによるデザートはどれも非常に洗練されたものになっている。

前号に続き今号でもFrancisco Migoya フランシスコ・ミゴヤの作品が掲載されているが、幾何学的なチョコレートは芸術作品のよう。

その他にもテーブル一面にデザートを盛り付ける手法でも話題となったALINEA アリニアのGRANT ACHATZ グラン・アケッツやMeurice ムーリスで修行し台湾でパティスリーをオープンさせたJoaquin Soriano ジョアキン・ソリアーノなど著名シェフから気鋭の新人まで多くの人物が登場する。
