オーストラリアの菓子職人、Anton Rumpelmayer アントン・ルンペルマイヤーによって1903年に設立されたサロン・ド・テであるAngelina アンジェリーナ。オープン当初はRumpelmeyer ルンペルマイヤーの名で営業していたが、Angelina アンジェリーナという義理の娘の名前を冠するようになったそう。
