ブラジル生まれのAlessandra Montagne Gomes アレッサンドラ・モンターニュ・ゴメスは22歳の時にパリに移住してきた移民で、Jean Drouant ジャン・ドルーアンホテル学校で料理やパティスリーを学んだそう。

その後、アジアの素材を巧みに用いるシェフ William Ledeuil ウィリアム・ルドゥイユやフランスの偉大なパティシエの一人であるBenoit Castel ブノワ・カステルなどに師事した。

2012年に最初のレストランをオープン、2021年の夏にはNosso ノッソという新たな店を展開しており、現在はエピスリーやコンサルティングなど幅広く活動を行っている。

今作では彼女のルーツであるブラジルでの人生や食材などに触れながら様々なストーリーやレシピを紹介している。
