FOU DE Cuisine is a culinary magazine that originated from FOU DE Pâtisserie, the popular French pastry magazine.
Like its sister publication, it features renowned chefs and presents dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients, current trends, and a wide range of culinary themes.
This autumn 2026 issue features more than 50 recipes, exploring everything from French gastronomy to culinary traditions around the world, with a particular focus on seasonal ingredients.
One of the highlights is a feature on RACINE – Œuvres de cuisinier, a cookbook by Kazuyuki Tanaka, a Japanese chef working in the Champagne region of France.
The issue also explores Moulin de Cambelong in Aveyron, including a masterclass by Guillem Bach featuring pork loin with celeriac purée.

2026年秋号となる今号では50種類以上のルセットを収録。
季節の食材を中心に、フランスのガストロノミーから世界各国の食文化まで幅広く紹介されている。
