Régis Marcon is the three-Michelin-starred chef of Le Clos des Cimes in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, a small village in France's Haute-Loire region.
This book is part of the MENU MENU series and centers on an interview with Régis Marcon, his son Jacques Marcon, and his grandson Paul Marcon.
Set in the small village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, the conversation explores how three generations of the Marcon family have preserved and passed on their culinary heritage.
