23歳でオテル・ド・クリヨンのシェフ・パティシエになったChristophe Felder クリストフ・フェルデールとその愛弟子であり、こちらも23歳でル・ムーリスのシェフ・パティシエとなったCamille Lesecq カミーユ・ルセック。現在は拠点を彼らの出身であるアルザスに移し、これまでも多くの書籍を出版している。

Christophe Felder became chef pâtissier of the Hôtel de Crillon at the age of 23. His close protégé, Camille Lesecq, likewise rose to the position of chef pâtissier at Le Meurice at the same age. Today, both are based in their home region of Alsace, where they continue to publish numerous books together.

This volume presents more than 60 varieties of cookies, biscuits, and sablés, accompanied by refined photography. From classic sablés nantais and diamants to cookies filled with jam, as well as more inventive combinations featuring chocolate, spices, and nuts, the range is broad and diverse.
